Looking Fabulous Whilst Out in the Countryside…
If 2020 brought any good, it was that it brought on my love for the good old outdoors. And with this love comes a fabulous countryside walking outfit. Sure, there are times where I’m bundled up and do not commit them to photograph, more often than not, I love to put on my finest and head out into the countryside.
On our recent trip to the Cotswolds, I got to pull out all the stops when it came to my outfits. Queue all the jackets, boots and hats. I took the assignment seriously and boy did it pay off.
In terms of footwear, I had actually packed away these boots for winter and took them right back out again for this holiday. They are ideal for walking around the countryside but also head into a village/ town centre in a second. Plus, for those ladies who have those bigger calves, the elastic on the back is perfect for us. They are my go-to now and I can’t wait to style them with another countryside walking outfit.
Another piece in my wardrobe that I’m now obsessed with is this light rainproof jacket. I cannot recommend this jacket enough for this unpredictable weather. It’s not too heavy but very much practical for the weather. Personally, I grab this jacket each and every time I head out for an errand, grabbing a few bits for dinner or running to the postbox. It’s just a great jacket that I cannot ramble on enough about.
