Peanut Butter & White Chocolate Cookies
Utterly Delicious Cookies to Whip Up…
Like most of the world, I’ve been spending a lot of time baking. There’s a comfort to it that we’re all wanting right now. Plus, my kitchen is one of my favourite places to be in, and when the sun comes streaming in, it’s heaven!
I made these peanut butter & white chocolate cookies one weekend and documented it on Instagram and you guys all went nuts for them! I got DM’s after DM’s requesting a recipe! I’ve been putting it off as I kinda just threw it together. No measuring was done! However, this weekend I made another batch and made a mental note of the amounts so that you lovely lot could make your own batch.
I’ve never been a fan of peanut butter until recently. However, I’m nuts for it now (pun not intended). I really wanted to add another flavour to the cookies other than chocolate. And peanut butter was a perfect choice.
These peanut butter & white chocolate cookies are so easy to make, you’re going to have so much fun making them this weekend!.
INGREDIENTS.
- 100g butter, unsalted
- 100g caster sugar
- 150g self-raising flour
- 1-2 tbsp peanut butter, smooth
- white chocolate chips
- sea salt, coarse for sprinkling
PEANUT BUTTER & WHITE CHOCOLATE COOKIES.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix the butter and the sugar together until a smooth mixture. Add the flour, peanut butter and white chocolate chips. Mix together until a crumbly mixture (you may need to add more flour). You may also want to add more peanut butter, depending on your taste-buds. You want to make sure its not too wet, you will have nightmares with the mixture!
Once it’s ready to add your cookies in a ball shape onto a tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle a little salt on top. Bake for 12 minutes until lightly golden on top. Leave to cool for a bit and then grab a cookie straight away and enjoy!
