Chop up the banana, courgette and carrots into chunks, small enough for your blender to handle. Add your blueberries and grate some fresh ginger, depending on your taste preferences.
Add in a scoop of protein powder, should you wish. Any flavour is fine, but vanilla is a good base for all smoothies. Add your apple juice and your almond/ oat milk.
Blend for 30 seconds/ 1 minute, until desirable mixture. Pour into your chosen bottle, or screw on the lid and enjoy.
