Honey, Lavender & Thyme Baked Feta

  • 200 g feta
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 2 sprigs lavender
  • salt & pepper


  • Prior to baking, take the feta out of the fridge and cover it with a piece of kitchen roll. Leave at room temperature for an hour to soak up the moisture.
  • Once ready to cook, take the kitchen roll off and place it in an oven-proof dish that's large enough to fit the cheese snuggly. Preheat the grill. Drizzle the honey and add the thyme and honey on top. Season with salt & pepper.
  • Place under the grill and cook for 7-10 minutes, until cooked and golden. Serve immediately with warm bread and a good glass of wine.
