Preheat your oven to 200 degrees. oil your roasting tray and add your tomatoes. Throw in your garlic cloves and season with salt & pepper. Add to the oven for 15 minutes.
Add your feta cheese, greek yoghurt, olive oil, lemon zest and salt & pepper to a mixture. Blend until a creamy, smooth texture.
On a large serving platter, add the whipped feta to the middle. Pile the roasted tomatoes on the side. scatter some of the olives within the tomatoes and add a dollop of olive oil to the feta. Season with pepper. Serve with toasted sourdough and enjoy.
