Preheat your oven to 200 degrees. In a mixer, add your cheeses, chives, basil and a little bit of olive oil and mix until combined. You're aiming for a nice consistency.
Take the baguette and cut it into thick slices and carve out the top. Keep the ends to whole the baguette in place.
Spread the mixture on top until the gaps are covered and the top is even. Drizzle over some olive oil and spread over the bread. Place in the oven and bake for 8- 10 minutes until the edges are golden and crispy.
Sprinkle over more chives, black pepper and salt and serve immediately.
