Broccoli & Spinach Green Machine Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 pieces broccoli
  • mango
  • 1 banana
  • pineapple
  • 2 handfulls spinach
  • cucumber
  • protein powder, optional
  • 100 ml apple juice
  • 100 ml almond/ oat milk

Instructions

  • Chop up your broccoli, mango, pineapple, cucumber and banana into chunks, small enough for your blender to handle. Add your spinach.
  • Add in a scoop of protein powder, should you wish. Any flavour is fine, but vanilla is a good base for all smoothies. Add your apple juice and your almond/ oat milk.
  • Blend for 30 seconds/ 1 minute, until desirable mixture. Pour into your chosen bottle, or screw on the lid and enjoy.
