Chop up your broccoli, mango, pineapple, cucumber and banana into chunks, small enough for your blender to handle. Add your spinach.
Add in a scoop of protein powder, should you wish. Any flavour is fine, but vanilla is a good base for all smoothies. Add your apple juice and your almond/ oat milk.
Blend for 30 seconds/ 1 minute, until desirable mixture. Pour into your chosen bottle, or screw on the lid and enjoy.
