Spring Outfit Ideas

an edited lifestyle fashion spring wardrobe update

It’s Definitely in the Air…

The weather has certainly turned and it’s time to take the layers off and think out our Spring outfits. My Spring wardrobe is certainly getting colourful. And for once, I’m getting out of my neutral comfort zone. Now, I don’t think you’ll be finding me in any bright colours any time soon. However, hints of sage green have made their way into my wardrobe.

Take this particular Spring outfit. I’m obsessed with these green loafers. They add a pop of colour to a simple outfit. This embroidered cardi also is just darling and goes perfect with light denim jeans. It’s the perfect light layer that will keep me warm until summer.

This season, I think that a lot of my Spring outfits are going to be about cardis and light jackets paired with jeans and flats. We’re getting closer to being allowed to dine out with loved ones, albeit outside. England isn’t toasty this time of year, so you know we’re all going to be wearing fabulous jackets for the next couple of weeks. I’m already starting to think about the new blazers and jackets that I want to add to my wardrobe.

Another thing that I’m going to add is longer skirts and jeans. Jeans are something that I’ve recently added after feeling more comfortable in my body and willing to invest in them. Same for skirts, which usually make my hips look huge. Now, I’m ready to go for some patterned skirts and get the legs out.

I’m looking forward to planning out more outfits this season. As with every Spring outfit, we’ve got to be ready to switch it at a moments notice thanks to our weather, which is where some additional accessories come into play. This time of year is truly turning into my favourite time of the year.
