The DIY I’ve Been Trying to Do for a While…

This DIY Vintage Paper mache bowl is one I’ve been trying to do for a while. And by a while, I mean I’ve attempted it several times in the past, only for it to end in tears. I have learnt that when it comes to being patient with DIY results, I can’t do that. However, I was determined to attempt this DIY paper mache bowl project. So I made myself take my time, practice some patience and here are the results.

Now, as I mentioned in my YouTube webisode, it didn’t turn out exactly how I imagine. So you best believe that I’m going to attempt this DIY again in the future. However, sometimes DIY projects don’t turn out the way you imagine. And truthfully, though it doesn’t look the way I imagined it, I’m happy with the results. The best part is I still have plenty of materials, such as the paper mache bowl mixture, so there’s no additional cost for me to try this out later on down the line. I’m thinking of Christmas time when I have some time off. Perhaps a new year DIY project to debut?
