Whipped Feta & Roasted Tomatoes
The Recipe of the Summer…
I’m here to say that whipped feta is the go-to recipe for this summer. I’m shocked it’s taken me this long to get behind this delicious dish.
Now there are many different variations of this recipe for you to try. Pinterest is genuinely awash with whipped feta inspiration. I decided to go with roasted tomatoes, olives and garlic. This is similar to something I tried whilst we were in Greece so I wanted to attempt to recreate it at home.
This dish is super easy to create. It is so quick to do- you could efficiently be prepping this as a starter for a dinner party. Alternatively, this is a dish you can quickly whip up for a lazy dinner. The temperatures are rising in the UK right now and I want to be nowhere near a stove. Minimal heat is involved in any of my meals.
Whipped Feta & Roasted Tomatoes.
In terms of this recipe, I wouldn’t deviate much from the whipped feta recipe. Maybe add some herbs and a little more seasoning.
This dish is heavenly, you are going to love it this summer.
