Starting the New Year on the Right Foot…
Hello! Welcome back to a brand new year and a round up of my new year must buys for 2022. These are things that I have on my must shop list over the past couple of weeks, whilst I was strategising how I want the new year to go. For me, 2022 is all about wellness and being the best version of myself. I have so many goals and plans for this year, and though I don’t necessarily need these products, these are all nice to haves.
Wellness wise, I have a pretty good regime in place. However, I really want to focus on self care for 2022. My husband and I have decided to take up yoga and I’m trying to find some time to implement self care into my regime. Even just 15 minutes will make all the difference, to turn my mind off, to relax and unwind. Something that I have read up on is red light therapy for your skin, which lead me to looking into the possibility of purchasing this mask. It’s a very boujie purchase, however I have a friend who swears by it so I may need to look into this further.

Another area that I want to give focus is my home. For me, a tidy home means my mind relaxed and I can really get focused. I’m also wanting to invest in elevating my everyday essentials. Everything from cleaning products to bedding. Whilst I would love to do more travelling this year, I think we will be very much at home this year, so I wanted to invest in it as much as possible. I’ve spoken about in previous posts, we have decided to stay in our rental home a little longer, so I’m very much going full force with my home renovations to turn our rental house into the best home for us.
The final area that I’m wanting to elevate is my wardrobe. Right now, I feel like I have nothing nice clothing wise, thanks to a certain new puppy who loves to chew. I’m holding out for when he’s older and out of this phase to really invest in my wardrobe. Right now, I have my eyes on these gorgeous slip-on shoes and slippers. I’m desperate to update my current ones and these look so luxurious.
