A Little Styling Moment in My Home…

Recently I took on a little furniture restoration project, which I always wanted to use as a bureau bar cart. And now, I get to have some fun and style it. When it comes to interiors, having a bureau bar cart is an unusual thing. However, I wanted a way to incorporate a bar cart that wasn’t so traditional. Personally, a bar cart feels very 2017 and I wanted something a little classic and conceal.

Now, with bureau bar cart styling, it comes down to the essentials elevated. That’s your glassware and accessories. I’ve been slowly but surely investing in some amazing pieces over the years, the collection has grown quite large! This is the same for accessories, but I know I can get more.

Personally, I love making a cocktail. I don’t drink a lot, but every now and then I will take the time to make myself a fabulous cocktail, as you would have seen on my Instagram feed. With this bureau bar cart styling, it’s added a little elegance into the process of making one. Taking the time, opening the door and revealling our collection of spirits.

Now, when it comes to the top of the bureau, I wanted to go simple. Just a couple of coffee table books stacked up with this fabulous statue that I found in one of my favourite stores. Recently, I picked up a book on entertaining, it suits the genre of the bureau. I’m going to get more on the subject, to really highlight the moment. Also, I’m also looking forward to styling this throughout the seasons. It’s going to be such a little moment in our home. Perfect of entertaining guests.
