Wellness Products That I’m Loving
Nourishing My Body From the Inside Out.
For me, 2021 has all been about health and fitness and I’ve discovered some amazing wellness products that I love. I’ve been raving about them on my Instagram Stories (see my fitness highlight), that I thought it was about time to commit it to the blog as a post.
When it comes to my wellness products, I’m very picky with what I go for. I really want to look after my body from the inside out, so it has to be the best. This includes things that don’t necessarily need to be ingested but do wonders for my body. These wellness products that I love are now my ride or dies. Ask my husband and he’ll tell me how regimented I am about my vitamin taking and collagen coffee.
As with anything to do with health and fitness, if you’re interested in any of the things that I’m doing, please always consult a doctor before trying. I’m no expert, I can only speak to my own experience. So if you need more information, please speak to an expert.
So, let’s dive in and let me introduce you to the wellness products that I’m loving…
LEMON WATER.
Every single morning during the week, I will sip on hot lemon water while working out. With lemon water, you need to give your teeth a quick brush to protect your enamel, make sure your water isn’t boiling. You really have to sip it quickly, it does take a while to get used to the taste. However, once you’re getting into it, you’ll love it and it will change your morning routine. Lemon water has so many benefits. It boosts the immune system, improves digestion, detoxes the body, gives you clean skin, helps with weight loss. The list is endless. I cannot recommend it enough, it’s a great way to start the day.
GINGER SHOTS.
Something else I drink every day is a ginger shot. A small little shot that helps to kick start my day. Small but mighty, this has so many benefits, much like the lemon water. Ginger shots help reduce inflammation, soothe digestion and enhances the immune system. Mine are pre-made from the supermarket which helps with convenience. However, you’ve got to watch out for the sugar in them, otherwise, there’s no point.
GREEN SMOOTHIE.
Now for the latest thing that I’ve added to my wellness routine, my morning green smoothie. This bad boy is filled with goodness and is a great way to get some superfoods into my body. I like to pre-make these on a Sunday and store them in the freezer, getting them out before I go to get ready for the day. My smoothies are full of superfoods like spinach and avocados, which great fatty foods that help keep me full for the day. I also add some supplements that help keep my body going. One of them is a protein powder, so I can get my protein into my body. I love this brand and their protein in the vanilla flavour, it’s a nice bit of sweetness to the greens. Something else I like to add is collagen, something that I will go into more details about later on down the post.
To make the smoothie, I recently invested in a Nutribullet and I bloody love it. It’s so quick and easy in the morning. I even brought these extra big bottles, so it made taking them on the go so much easier.
COLLAGEN COFFEE.
My little bit of luxury. Without fail, I will have a collagen coffee every single day. This is a wellness product that I adore. Collagen is so important for your body. It’s an abundant protein and is a major component of connective tissue that make up several body parts, including tendons, ligaments, skin and muscles. The best thing about collagen is that it improves skin structure and strengthening your bones.
After the age of twenty, we lose about 1% of collagen production, which is why it’s important to find a way to get it into your body and supplements are the easiest way. The key is you want to make sure it comes from the most natural source, which is why I take bovine collagen. Straight from the cow’s bones. There are many ways to have collagen, such as adding it to my smoothie, but the best way I have found is to include it in my coffee. This collagen creamer allows me to mix collagen into my milk and sip it while I’m on the go. It tastes delicious and I’ve already started seeing the benefits. Along with great looking skin, hair and nails, I feel like my joints have improved, especially with me working out more.

DRINKING A GALLON OF WATER A DAY.
This took a while to get into the habit of, but it was my goal to get drinking water into my routine. I’m so bad for drinking it, so this was a tough one to keep up. It’s been said that everyone is not drinking nearly enough water these days, so that is why I set myself the fitness goal of drinking a gallon of water a day. I use this keg water bottle that I decant into drinkable bottles and glasses throughout the day to ensure that I’m hitting my targets.
NEOM WELLBEING POD.
Another one of the wellness products that I’ve been loving is the Neom Wellbeing Pod. It’s a diffuser that I use pretty much every single day, especially in the evening. I love the scent to de-stress, something that I like in the room whilst I’m falling asleep. If I need an energy boost or a general lift, I might put it on while I’m getting ready. Recently, they came out with one that can be portable, including fitting into your car, which I don’t need, but certainly would like to honour by getting Margot one.
PERSONALISED VITAMIN PACKS.
I have taken personalised vitamins every single day since 1 January. This was something that I was keen to get into my body and have loved taking them. The company I use is Everly Wellness. They have a variety of vitamins and supplements that your body needs. You can take a test to see what you’re missing, or if you know what you want, you can simply make up your selection. Their monthly delivery system is ideal, it comes to my door and I don’t have to worry about ever being without tablets. The supplements I take are a probiotic (got to look after that gut health), an immune booster and an Omega 3 tablet. All for looking after my body from the inside out.
ICE ROLLING.
The final wellness product that I love is my ice roller. I roll every single morning and I swear by it. From a beauty point of view, it’s great for de-puffing, reducing redness and boosting radiance. From an inside level, it helps to optimize cell function and provides a way to include lymphatic drainage into your routine. I like to really get in there and roll out the fluid and any knots I might have in my neck. Lymphatic drainage helps the body maintain proper blood circulation, body fluid balance, and immune functions.
