My Kitchen Courtyard Plant Stand
Something That I’ve Been Working on for a Long Time…
This section of my garden has been a long time coming. This whole garden makeover has been taking a while, but styling my courtyard plant stand has really taken the business. I purchased the plant stand about three months ago. However, it has taken since then to locate some plant pots. The UK was officially out of them across where I live. Luckily, I managed to locate the exact plant pot that I wanted and I will be buying some more from my secret location so I always have spare.
Once the pots were located, it was time to plan out the plants that I wanted to go on the courtyard plant stand. For our garden, I wanted to embrace a country cottage garden, mirroring them up with our planters (which I will reveal very soon). So this meant sourcing more lavender, rosemary and soft smaller plants. Most of these plants are annuals, so I’m going to have to replace them later on in the year. I was really inspired by what Julia Berolzeimer has done with her stand seasonally. My plan is to change this up in autumn to bring in that fall look and I have such big ideas for how I’m going to style this up for Christmas.
FUTURE PLANS FOR THE COURTYARD.
So, now that I’ve sorted out my courtyard plant stand, it’s time to focus on the rest of my garden. Mainly, I’m waiting on the furniture to be delivered. As you’re actually reading this, hopefully my garden bench has arrived (due check out my Instagram Stories to see if it’s here) and my dining chairs are not far behind. From there, it’s just little decor bits to think of and possibly one more plant buy to do.
I’m really excited for summer and creating a little suntrap to enjoy the summer in.
