A Delicious Cocktail for the Summer…
Tequila is my favourite spirit and nothing beats a good Paloma cocktail. Sure, the classic margarita is great, but the Paloma is a classic cocktail. It’s that great mixture of tangy grapefruit, sweet liqueur and just all-around goodness. I love it as a brunch cocktail. It’s great to sip on while outside, enjoying the sunshine.
I would say if you’re looking to get into tequila but need something to take the edge of, the Paloma cocktail is a great place to start. The grapefruit will mask the strength of the tequila. However, because of this, you will drink this too fast and want another one straight away. Honestly, you cannot stop me from drinking these cocktails during the summer. It’s such a great cocktail to show off on the gram.

HOW TO MAKE A PALOMA COCKTAIL.
For this cocktail, you’ll need:
Juice of a grapefruit
Juice of half a lime
Lime flavoured tonic water
Firstly, fill your glass up with ice. Next, squeeze the juice of a grapefruit into your glass. Next, squeeze the juice of half a lime. Once you’ve done this, add your tequila and Cointreau. Give your cocktail a good stir and top off with some tonic water. I like to garnish my cocktail with a sprig of rosemary, for a bit of glamour and a gorgeous scent.
