December Goals
The Last Monthly Goals of the Year…
I cannot believe that we are heading towards the end of 2020. Who else is ready to see the back of it? Personally, now that I’ve celebrated my 30th birthday, I’m ready to see the back of this year. I’m fully ready to embrace the new year and what 2021 is going to bring. I already know it’s going to be fabulous. Therefore, baring all this in mind, I took into consideration exactly what I want to achieve with my December goals.
This month, I feel like I’m winding down. There are certain areas of my life that need a lot of focus this month (as you might have seen on my Instagram Stories), so you’ll find that certain areas are put on the back burner for the moment. Rest assured that come January, things will be picked up again and I’ll be wanting to achieve so much come the new year.
With all this in mind, here are my goals for December…
HEALTH GOALS.
Health goals wise, I’m somewhat winding down my goals this month. I still want to continue to work out, however, I’m not going to be so strict with my food. One of my favourite things about this time of year is the food. Therefore, I’m not going to be so strict with restricting and denying myself some treats. At the same time, I’m not going to go crazy with the treats. Everything in moderation. The plan is, come January, my husband and I are going to do a health challenge, which is going to be a detox and a reset for our health.
FAMILY GOALS.
Family goals, it’s once again all about celebrating. Both my husband and I love the festive season and embracing the wonderfulness that comes with this season. We’re keeping Christmas very small this year, just the two of us, with some fabulous food, great films and, of course, a cheeseboard. I’m really looking forward to celebrating Christmas, just the two of us.
Another thing we are doing this season is really saving our pennies. This time of year can be so spendy that we really want to make sure we pull back on the spending and get ourselves into a lovely position ready for the new year.
WORK GOALS.
For my work goals, this is where I’m going to be putting all my energy. This Monday, I started my new job at a brand new company. The job itself is something I’ve wanted to do forever and I’m so excited to get stuck into the new role. So all my focus is going into this to make sure I have the best start to the role.
With a new job comes all-new shiny things. I’ve got some new pieces for my work wardrobe, along with some new stationery. I’m thinking a new notebook, a new diary for 2021 (obviously). It’s the little things that make me feel like a boss and can get the job done.
