It Feels Like Fall…

How on earth is August over and I’m already writing out my September goals? It felt like the beginning of the year was so slow, but it feels like the last bit of 2020 is zipping by. I love looking back on my monthly goals, seeing what I was aiming for and what I actually got to achieve.

September for me is all about fresh starts. It goes back to my love for the start of a new school year. My days of education are long gone, but that feeling of using this month to really hit the reset button and start new goals is still there. So with all this in mind, here are my September goals…

HEALTH GOALS.

Last month on Instagram I shared that over the last three months that I’ve lost a stone in weight. I got some amazing comments and motivation to keep going. My health goal for September is to keep going with working out and eating healthy. One thing I’m finding is to keep consistent with my food, but also to not be too restricting with it. I’m not going to set an amount of weight I’d like to lose, but I have a goal of what amount I’d like to be under by the end of September. Wish me luck!

FAMILY GOALS.

The biggest of my September goals is our kitchen makeover. My parents are bringing up our new fridge freezer at the beginning of the month and I’ve already started work on the kitchen. This makeover is making sure that everything is fixed in the kitchen. This is not a quick fix, this is a full-on get everything working perfectly and functioning properly. I’m thinking this makeover will take a while, but I don’t plan on rushing it. I cannot wait to show it off to you, especially with some of the DIY’s that I’ve got planned.

WORK GOALS.

I’ve been really focused on the blog these past few weeks. A couple of weeks ago, I went to the virtual RewardStyle conference, with I’ve found out was invite-only, which made me feel very humbled and honoured. I have some great ideas as to what I want to create and achieve with the blog. Something also I cannot wait to share with you.
