July Goals

Heading Towards The End of The Year…

I’m honestly shocked that I’m already typing up my July goals. Like, how did this year past so quickly! I know the first couple of months were slow, but June feels like it’s gone by in a flash. It’s exciting to be heading into the summer, even though it’s not looking exactly how we were expecting it to look. However, we’re all making it work in our own unique way. Personally, I’m taking back the summer with my new slower way of living. Which plays into my new July goals and what I want to achieve this month…

HEALTH GOALS.

As I promised in my last monthly goals, I have been working out twice a day, Monday- Saturday. This is something that I want to continue into the rest of the year. Working out truly gives me the best start to the day. I feel energised and ready to take on the world when I get in a workout.

As part of my July goals, I’m looking to focus on food. With summer and the hotter weather, I’m craving salads. Most of the time, my husband and I would usually get on from a bag from the supermarketing. This time, we’ve been playing with fancy ‘restaurant’ salads. Last week we had one with grilled peaches, walnuts and goats cheese. It was delicious! Looking forward to experimenting with some other dishes.

FAMILY GOALS.

I’m moving from the home to the garden. With us not travelling this year, I really want to invest in our garden. I’ve been sharing my gardening and harvesting of produce on Instagram Stories (which you’ve been loving) and I really want to grow some more veg. I’m working on getting some planters and growing some veggies. I’m thinking courgettes, tomatoes and something else. Any suggestions as to what I can grow do let me know!

Next part of the garden is a lounge area. I have some furniture that I’m desperate to get my hands on. I also really want to string up some lights and create a bistro courtyard. So excited, I have such plans for this little outside area.

WORK GOALS.

Finally, for work goals, I want to complete my e-book. This is something that I’ve been working on for a few months. However, truth be told, I have put it off, for fear of its success. So I figured by announcing it to the world, I have nowhere to hide and now I’ve got to work on it to get it completed.

I’m always being asked how I live my life, routines, organisation and all that. So I decided to do the An Edited Lifestyle guide, which will be a guide to getting your life sorted and living your best. I want to provide a free copy and then look to progressing it to a manual that can be downloaded and jam-packed full of everything that could be purchased if you lovely lot wanted to.

The goal is to have the downloadable free version ready for the beginning of September (known as my fresh month) so that you can use that month to create the gorgeous life you want. If there’s anything you’d like in the guide, in particular, let me know and I’ll ensure it’s covered in it.
