The weather in the UK is absolutely glorious and I’m so excited for it to continue. And with this glorious weather, means I can start thinking about my summer wardrobe wishlist.
I have to admit, I’m not one to embrace summer dressing. Because I hate the way my legs and my arms look, I very rarely dress in shell tops or cropped trousers. However, this summer it’s all about to change. I’ve finally embrace summer dressing and I’m so ready to enjoy this weather even more. Last week I travelled to Vilnius for a friend’s wedding (see my Instagram for all the pics and Instagram Stories from the weekend). And because it was a special occasion, I used it as an excuse to get some new wardrobe pieces. I have to say, I’m absolutely loving them, and I can’t wait to show you them in my newest style post (coming soon!) Sometimes, you’ve just got to say ‘fuck it’ to those insecurities and just embrace your fabulous self. I’m having a whole new rethink of my wardrobe and you’ll certainly see more of me playing around with my style very, very soon.
For a while, I’ve completely turned away from style posts. Truth be told, I’ve just not felt great about my body. However, I’m back with a bang and I’m ready to get going with a few more. You could say there’s been a renaissance with the blog. And I’m excited to be working on all types of posts. What I’m also looking to do is work on some wardrobe-based posts. Not just style/ outfit posts. I want to do how to on clothing. How to look after them, how to organise your wardrobe. If there are any posts you would like to read, do let me know in the comments. I’m happy to help out with hints and tips where I can.
Now, enough waffling on. Let’s get down to which items are on my summer wardrobe wishlist.
