Anyone for Pumpkin spiced cookies? Most importantly flavoured with spices and chocolate chips, these are so soft and delicious that they make a cosy night in with a cuppa that even more special.
Preheat your oven to 180C. Line a tray with greaseproof paper. After that sift together your flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and salt.
Spoon smallish balls of the batter onto your baking tray. You should be able to fit six onto a tray at a time. Pop into the middle of the oven for 10mins. When complete then remove from oven and leave on a cooling rack until slightly warm.
